Therapy offers couples and individuals from all backgrounds a safe, confidential, non-judgmental environment in which to reflect on and discuss concerns, explore different perspectives and consider ways to resolve difficulties.
I am an experienced, accredited member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP), having qualified and practised with both Relate and Tavistock Relationships. I have worked for over 15 years as a visiting clinician, lecturer and tutor at Tavistock Relationships and in private practice. I also offer supervision to experienced and trainee therapists.
Prior to the pandemic, I saw couples and individuals at my private practice in Central London. I am hoping to return to face to face work in September 2021.
In response to the UK lockdown restrictions, I see clients online using Zoom and Microsoft Teams software or by phone, but hope to return to face to face sessions as soon as circumstances allow.
