about

I am committed to helping individuals and couples make sense of their own and their partner’s patterns of behaviour and contribute to long-term improvements in communication.

I am an experienced, accredited member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists, having qualified and practised with both Relate and Tavistock Relationships.

I have worked with couples and individuals at Relate, Tavistock Relationships and in private practice in Central London for over 15 years and as lecturer, tutor and visiting clinician at Tavistock Relationships.  I currently work as a supervisor for experienced and trainee therapists.

I am currently only working online on Zoom and Microsoft Teams but hope to return to face to face practice as soon as Covid restrictions allow.

Before training to be a therapist I worked for 10 years in international humanitarian and conflict resolution organisations.
