about

I am committed to helping individuals and couples make sense of their own and their partner’s patterns of behaviour and contribute to long-term improvements in communication.

I am an experienced, senior accredited member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists, having qualified and practised with both Relate and Tavistock Relationships.

I have worked with couples and individuals at Relate, Tavistock Relationships and in private practice in Central London for 18 years and as lecturer, tutor and visiting clinician at Tavistock Relationships.  I currently also offer supervision for experienced and trainee therapists.

Before training to be a therapist I worked for 10 years in international humanitarian and conflict resolution organisations.
